What we leave to other pros
So there are no surprises on the day of your clean:
- We use a step tool for ordinary reach, but we don’t climb ladders or stand on furniture.
- We don’t move heavy furniture or appliances.
- We don’t do exterior work: outside windows, decks, or gutters.

How your quote is set
Every home is quoted on its own, after a short conversation or video walkthrough. What shapes it:
- The size of your home and how it’s used

- How often you’d like us to come
- Any optional tasks you choose
- Travel distance
Questions people ask
What products do you use?
Tell us about any allergies or sensitivities in your household. If you’d like us to use your own products, leave them out and we will. If we’re unsure about a surface, we’ll ask or leave it alone.
Do I need to be home?
No. We need access at the scheduled time: a working key or code, or someone home, plus running water, power, and heat. In winter, please keep a clear, safe path to the door.
What about pets?
We’re glad to meet them. Please tell us about your pets ahead of time, and secure any animal that’s nervous, protective, or likely to slip out an open door.
What if I need to reschedule?
We ask for 48 hours’ notice when you can. Life happens, and we’ll work with you. The details are in our service agreement.
